Mentoring

Why Mentorship?

While leaders are often surrounded by people, the journey itself demands a capacity for “aloneness.” The right decisions and actions are not always clear. How does one find the calmness of mind to make the best decision possible?

Time and again, leaders choose a confidant / mentor whom they can trust to discuss all issues, and ideate openly with total confidentiality, thus receiving crucial support that enables balance and strategic thinking in both their professional and personal lives.

It has been said that “A mentor is an advisor and teacher, inspirer, motivator, and encourager.” To this should be added, “listener, ideator, and accountability partner.”

We aim to help mentees embrace their vision in all aspects of their lives through a combination of Socratic dialogue and our VET process that provides clarity, execution, and accountability.
